You can preview your CV in every style for free before you pay, so please check that a style suits you first.

When we will refund you

• You were charged more than once for the same purchase.
• You paid and could not download your document because of a fault on our side that we could not fix within a reasonable time.
• You ask within 7 days of paying and have not downloaded a document from that plan.

How to ask

Email support@cvbuilderai.co.za from the address on your account, with the date and amount of your payment. Refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days of approval, depending on your bank.

Your legal rights

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 or the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002.
